Long-term critical health issues improved

Much Less Pain

PAULA’S STORY

I have been working with Uzi for about a year and a half. In that time, I have seen very significant improvement in some long-term critical health issues as well as my overall state of well-being.

For example, I have had multiple injuries and surgeries on one of my ankles leaving me pretty physically impaired. When I first came to Uzi I was wearing a heavy ankle brace and was very limited in my physical activity. I could bike a little, but even walking was painful. In the last year I have improved my ankle strength so much that I have started playing a little tennis. It is not without pain and challenge but I have learned how to take better care of myself and heal between activity to bring my leg back to neutral. As a result of Uzi’s help and the activity, my leg is getting stronger.

I am a long-term , hard-core fan of Jin Shin Jyutsu. I originally came to Uzi expressly for this hands-on, energetic practice that has served me well my whole adult life. But given the nature of my leg injury and the consequence it has had to the rest of my body over years, it seemed reasonable when Uzi proposed integrating some of his Naprapathy work into our sessions.

I must be honest, I love Jin Shin Jyutsu so much that at first I did not want him to devote any of my time on the table to his other hands-on practice. I would even call myself a little bit of a Jin Shin Jyutsu purest if you will. But I was making progress with him, so I trusted him and agreed to let him do a little Naprapathy on me.

Over the months what I found was that my body was responding well to his gentle, physical manipulation and areas where there had long been stagnation were opening up and getting stronger and more mobile. I am significantly stronger on my leg and spend much less time in pain than a year ago.

I credit Uzi with helping me significantly make this progress and am fully sold on the synergistic benefit of his combining the two subtle and deep hands-on practices of Jin Shin Jyutsu and Naprapathy.
